2 weeks ago, the Poland customer sent us an order demand for the 2U CPU heatsink, the heatsink is for intel platform with 250W TDP requirement. The heatsink design contains an aluminum zipper fin stack,4pcs copper pipe, an alumium base, a copper plate, hardware and thermal grease will be pre-applied before shipment. The heatsink are now under 100% online thermal test, we will finish the final packing in another 2 days , thanks again for the support to Sinda Thermal.
