Cold forging is a technical process for forming and forging profiles at room temperature. Cold forging materials are mostly aluminum and some alloys, copper and some alloys with low deformation resistance and good plasticity at room temperature. Cold forging can produce work hardening during the processing of profiles and increase the strength and hardness.
The radiator adopts cold forging technology for integrated design and production, with low thermal resistance and good thermal conduction effect, which can effectively ensure the timely export of heat and achieve the heat dissipation effect. In addition, the cold forging radiator has good mechanical performance, high productivity and high material utilization, which is especially suitable for mass production, thus reducing the production cost.
