The World's First Fully Liquid Cooled Server Reference Design Released
With the advent of the AIGC era, there is a higher demand for the deployment density of various IT resources such as CPU, AIPU, memory, and storage. The traditional air-cooled cooling mode is gradually limited in terms of heat transfer performance and energy consumption optimization. Full liquid cooled plate technology will become an inevitable choice for large-scale, high-density data centers, especially intelligent computing centers.
According to "Inspur Information", Inspur Information and Intel have jointly released the world's first fully liquid cooled plate server reference design, which is open to the industry. It is reported that based on this reference design, Inspur Information has launched a fully liquid cooled plate server, achieving nearly 100% liquid cooled heat dissipation of server components and reaching the extreme level of PUE value close to 1. The fully liquid cooled server launched by Inspur Information has achieved full liquid cooling coverage for the main heating components of servers such as CPU, high power memory, NVMe hard disk, OCP network card, power supply, PCIe adapter card, and optical module, with PUE reduced to below 1.05.
