Vapor Chamber Heatsink Is Under Testing At Customer Site

     Last week, we shipped out 10pcs copper vapor chamber heatsink to US customer. They received the package and started the testing to verify the thermal performance ,as they need to make sure this vapor chamber design is suitable for their LED applications due to the limited space .

       The vapor chamber is a vacuum chamber with a micro structure on the inner wall, usually made of copper. When the heat is transferred from the heat source to the evaporation zone, the cooling liquid in the cavity begins to vaporize after being heated in a low vacuum environment
