We provide design for customer if they don't have the drawing or spec , but our engineer still need some information for custom heat sink design as below :

A: Usually, CNC machining parts is about 10-20 days to finish ,it depends on the product type and quantity.
Q: From where you ship the sample , and how long it takes ?
A: We ship from Hongkong or ShenZhen,China, and it takes about 3-5 days for express air shipment.
