As the increasingly demand of light output, the power density of LED should become higher accordingly, in recent years, the high power LED is thriving in the market such as display LED and stage LED light. With the higher power density for higher light output, and due to the space limit, an appropriate high power LED heat sink is urgent for the applications, high efficeincy thermal option can optimize the convection and radiation of heat to make the LED applications operate more effectively.

For high power LEDs, if there is not a good thermal path to remove the heat from the application in time, the semiconductor will be overheated and light coversion rate would be affected, in a long term, the LEDs will be damged, so a good heat sink can not only can improve the LED performance but also can extend the life cycle of the applications.

There are two main types of high power LED heat sink: air cooling and liquid cooling, for air cooling solution, usually we combine the zipper fins, base, and heat pipes to improve the thermal transferring ability, sometimes we also use vapor chamber to build a thermal module, as the fluid is air, so a fan is often to attached for cooling; For liquid cooling, the medium is liquid, the coolant recycles in the system to absorb and transfer the heat, the working efficiency is pretty high, and there is litter noise when is operating.

A: For solid heat sinks like extrusions, the lead time is 3-4 weeks, for soldering heat sinks with heat pipes, the lead time is 5-6 weeks, for liquid cooling, the lead time is 6-8 weeks, it cna be discussed.

A: Yes, we can help customer to design and build heat sinks.

Q: What's the MOQ for the heat sinks?

A: No MOQ limits, small order is also available.

Q: What's the payment term?

A: for small orders and prototype orders, 100% need to be paid before manufacturing, for mass production order, 30% deposite need to be paid before producing, the balance should be completed before shipping.
