A new active cooling thermal solution

        When it comes to active cooling heat dissipation, people usually think of pumps or fans directly. Pumps are used to force liquid cooling and fans are used to force air cooling. These are the two most well-known types of active heat dissipation components. Now there is another active cooling method in the market called synjet cooling, which can be called jet cooling.

       The working principle of synjet is different from that of previous pumps or fans. Instead of driving the fluid flow with the rotation of blades, synjet uses the vibration of a diaphragm to change the volume of a cavity to produce fluid discharge and suction. When the diaphragm moves upward, the fluid in the cavity is squeezed and discharged from the cavity. When the diaphragm moves downward, a negative pressure is generated in the cavity to suck the fluid into the cavity. The discharged and inhaled fluid can flow through the radiator, thereby strengthening the heat dissipation of the radiator.

Due to the change of working principle, synjet also has some new features in its work:

 1. The service life of vibrating parts is better than that of rotating parts, so its service life is longer;

2. Its air outlet speed and turbulence are relatively high, and its heat exchange capacity is relatively strong;

3. Without the limitation of bearing and lubrication, the applicable working temperature range can be wider.
