Manufacturing technology and wide application of liquid cooling
For the manufacturing process of liquid cold plate radiator, the copper pipe is bent and embedded into the bottom plate, the bottom plate is machined and welded (including the fin design in the channel), and the complex combined pipeline type. According to different welding methods, the processing flow channel of bottom plate machine is divided into vacuum brazing, friction stir welding and other processes. The fins in the runner can also be divided into many kinds according to the process, such as profile, welding, etc.

Many people may think of the liquid cooling plate radiator for the computer CPU and graphics card will only used by some high-end players because its price is relatively expensive. In the field of industrial electronics, liquid cooling applications are also widely used, but the general public may not know much about it. Many high-power devices will choose liquid cooling schemes.

High power devices are widely used in many industries, such as SVG, frequency converter, inverter, IGBT, APF, etc. these devices can use water-cooled radiator for heat dissipation, and the heat dissipation effect is very good.
The essence of the liquid cooling is the same as that of the air-cooled radiator, but the principle of the water-cooled radiator is to use the circulating liquid to transport the heat of the device from the water-cooled block to the heat exchanger and then emit it, replacing the homogeneous metal or heat pipe for air-cooled heat dissipation.

Liquid cooling are divided into active liquid cooling and passive liquid cooling. In addition to all accessories of water-cooled radiator, active liquid cooling also needs to install cooling fan to assist heat dissipation. Passive liquid cooling does not install any cooling fan, but only depends on the lqiuid cooling radiator itself to cooling. It is to add some cooling fins to assist heat dissipation. This liquid cooling mode has worse performance than active liquid cooling, but it can achieve complete mute effect.
