Solution to the heat dissipation of LED lights
More and more machine tools use LED lights. With the applications of LED materials, technology continues to improve. From the early single-chip shell type to a flat multi-chip module;
LED work lights use LED lamp beads to shine, single-chip LED power is low, heat generation is small, and heat dissipation is not a big problem. The current multi-chip LED lamp bead has a high input power. When the high-power lamp bead is placed in a small lamp with a large number of lamp beads, the amount of heat used for a long time is increasing and the heat cannot be dissipated, which affects the normal use.
Our LED work lamp heat dissipation solution:
1. Increase the internal volume of the lamp as much as possible, and reduce the number of lamp beads as much as possible in smaller cases.
2. Open heat dissipation holes on the outside of the lamp. (No waterproof condition)
3. Use heat sinks to cool down the LED lights.
