Just now, we received an order of 1000pcs demand for the stamping back plate from the local OEM customer. The back plate is using stainless steel material with nickel plated surface treatment,an it is finished by one time stamping forming process.Thanks for the order, we will ship the order to customer in about 15 days.
Stamping plate is to push external force on the plate by stamping machine to produce plastic deformation or separation. Due to the stamping force, the coil will appear the shape you want in one-time forming by stamping tooling .
