1000W High Power Liquild Cold Plate Sample Demand

Today , we received an order of 1 pcs high power liquid cold plate demand from the Italy telecom customer. The TDP request is 1000W, 3 pcs long copper pipes were buried in the machining base by punching and vacuum brazing proces. This water cooled plate will be finished in about 20 days including the related reliability test.
