100pcs Aluminum Crimp Fin Heatsink Demand From The Italy Customer

  Today , Sinda Thermal received an order of 100pcs aluminum crimp fin heatsink demand from the Italy customer. This heatsink is used for 5G telecom device cooling , and it is made by  plug-in fin process. Thanks for the order, we will start the raw material preparation as soon as possible, and this order will be finished in about 3.5weeks. 

     The crimped fin heatsink contains three parts： stamping fin,  base with groove, solder . The base of the can be made in a variety of ways. Extrusion is the preferred method in the field of thermal management and production. Extruded aluminum alloy has excellent thermal conductivity, and extrusion is very easy to manage in production and labor. And CNC machining method  is another solution to make the base.
