AMD CPU Fan Cooler Heatsink Inquiry

     Today , Sinda Thermal engineering team received an  inquiry for the AMD CPU fan cooler heatsink from the Germany customer. Customer wants  to buy 40 pcs sample for the early performance test before they released further mass production order , we will use soft tooling sample build mode  for the quotation.

    The thermal conductivity of three or four heat pipes can cope with the heat of high-end processors, so there is no need to pursue a particularly large number of heat pipes. The most obvious effect on cooling is whether the heat pipe can quickly receive heat from the bottom, which is related to the contact mode of the heat pipe. The direct contact heat pipe is the best choice. It directly contacts the CPU surface and conducts heat more directly and quickly.
