Mindray Medical Obtained A Patent For Ultrasound Equipment, Improving Thermal Efficiency And Reducing Noise

     On January 17, 2024, according to the announcement of the China National Intellectual Property Administration, Shenzhen Mindray Biomedical Electronics Co., Ltd. obtained a project entitled "Ultrasonic host and ultrasonic equipment of an ultrasonic equipment",

   The ultrasound equipment includes an ultrasound host, a display device, and an operating device. The ultrasound host includes a transmitting component, a receiving component, a probe board component, and a processing component. The transmitting component and the receiving component are used to connect with the ultrasound probe signal. At least one of the transmitting component, receiving component, probe board component, and processing component includes a motherboard component and a liquid cooling component, wherein the liquid cooling  component includes a water-cooled exhaust, multiple liquid cooling connectors, and pipeline components. Theliquid cooling connector is used to come into contact with the heat source on the motherboard components, and the liquid cooling exhaust is used to dissipate heat from the coolant flowing through the liquid cooling exhaust. The pipeline component connects the liquid cooling exhaust to multiple liquid cooling so that the coolant can circulate between the water-cooled liquid cooling exhaust and multiple liquid cooling connectors , and multiple liquid cooling connectors are connected in series through the pipeline component. The heat dissipation method of liquid cooling components improves heat dissipation efficiency and reduces noise during heat dissipation.
