Noctua Launches Heat Sink For Ampere Altra Processor

    Noctua has recently launched two air-cooled heat sinks for the Altra processor platform of high-performance Arm processor manufacturer Ampere Computing, and has stated that these products may join the official retail product line in the future.

   The Ampere Altra (Max) series processors adopt Ampere's own LGA4926 slot design. Noctua has launched the NH-D9 AMP-4926 4U and NH-U14S AMP-4926 therml systems for the Ampere Altra platform, featuring low twin tower and single tower designs, respectively. Noctua stated that the AMP-4926 version of the cooler is built on the mature foundation of DX and TR5-SP6 models, tailored to Ampere's LGA4926 platform, including its customized contact surface and dedicated SecuFirm2 installation system.
