Nvidia Confirms Next Generation DGX System: Will Use Liquid Cooling Solution

Currently, many large data center servers still rely on air-cooled cooling for their CPUs and GPUs, including the current generation DGX system. In recent years, with the increasing power consumption and heat generation of CPUs and GPUs, the industry's investment in cutting-edge liquid cooling has also been increasing, after all, it has higher cooling efficiency than traditional air cooling.
On March 12th, it was announced that NVIDIA CEO Huang Renxun has confirmed that NVIDIA's next "upcoming" device will use liquid cooling. The data center and AI server fields have been accelerating the pace of liquid cooling. In addition, earlier this year, Inspur Information announced a joint release with Intel of the world's first fully liquid cooled plate server reference design, which is open to the industry and provides a highly valuable reference model for the global liquid cooling industry chain upstream and downstream.
