Recently, Shinetsu Chemical Co., Ltd. announced the development of the TC-BGI series of silicone sheets for the heat dissipation of increasingly high voltage electric steam components.
Currently, electric vehicles (EVs) are widely used and are expected to become more widespread in the future. The components of electric vehicles need to have higher system voltage to reduce size and weight, and increase output power. In order to meet these needs, Xinyue Chemical has been developing a heat dissipation silicone material that can be used as a heat dissipation countermeasure for increasingly high voltage electric vehicle components.
