Micro jet liquid cooling technology application in data center

     As the market for high-performance computing, artificial intelligence (AI) and edge computing continues to boom, efficient cooling solutions for high heat flow chips have become the focus of data center service providers. JetCool's patented liquid cooling solution uses precise micro jets to target chip hotspots, significantly improving heat transfer coefficient and cooling efficiency up to 10 times that of traditional heat sinks and water-cooled plates, providing a revolutionary method for thermal management, ensuring the running speed and higher computational density of high-performance processors.

    In May 2023, Dell teamed up with JetCool to release the next generation of Edge servers equipped with JetCool SmartPlate cooling system. SmartPlate is a chassis level, closed-loop, air assisted liquid cooling solution equipped with two enhanced cooling plates based on JetCool patented micro jet cooling technology, a pump, and an air-cooled heatsink.

   Meanwhile, JetCool has provided the highest level of energy efficiency and significant energy savings for data centers by combining and optimizing two different cooling methods using micro jet cooling technology, and receiving approximately $1.2 million in funding to continue promoting this technology.
