Technical conditions of copper-aluminum composite radiator

The copper tube in the copper-aluminum composite radiator is commonly known as the copper tube. Combining domestic and foreign experience, North American countries have promoted copper tube and aluminum convection radiators since the 1940s, and it has been more than 60 years, and my country has nearly 10 years of experience in use. To sum up, we are now popularizing various copper tube radiators such as copper-aluminum composite column airfoil, using TP2 and TU2 copper tubes to be more reliable.

In the production process of copper-aluminum composite radiator, the composite process of copper tube and aluminum sheet, and the connection technology of header and water channel have always been the focus of debate. Due to inadequate welding technology and poor quality of some welding rods, it is often easy to cause defective products, corrosion and water leakage.
