Yesterday, Sinda Thermal team received a sample request for the CPU tower heatsink, this heatsink design is tower type and it is for AMD high performance platform CPU cooling , which can support up to 350W CPU TDP, and the surface treatment is nickel plated.
During the system working ,the CPU transfers the heat to the tower heatsink base through the thermal grease. There is liquid in the heat transfer copper pipe, which disperses the heat in the heat transfer base and transfers it to the cooling fins. Finally, the fan blows away the heat on the cooling fins. Such continuous circulation provides good heat dissipation performance for the tower heatsink.
