  Heat pipe is a classical two phase cooling device, which is one of the most efficient thermal components, the heat pipe is composed of copper tube, working fluid, wick structure. Generally the tube is sealed and vaccumed to form a vacuum-tight containment, in the inner wall, there is a wick structure to offer capillary force, also a small amount of working fluid is injected into the tube. When the envaporator end conduct the CPU, the working fluid vaporizes and absorbs the heat, the hot vapor flows to the other end by the air pressure, the hot vapor condenses at the condenser end and release the heat, the vapor turns into the liquid and return to the envaporator end with the capillary force of the wick structure, and then circulate the heat transporting process. This CPU cooler utilizes 4 heat pipes which is designed for high heat flux CPU, the 4 heat pipes construction design can remove the heat quickly and transport to aluminum fin stack rapidly, it is an excellent thermal solution.

  Aluminum zipper fin stack is manufactured by stamping the aluminum sheet to form a designed shape, and interlock with each other to be the fin stack, then it will be nickel plated so it can be soldered with vapor chamber.
