Its copper base is finished with nickel plating to prevent oxidation, and a brazing process is added to improve the thermal conductivity between the copper base and the heat pipe. The heatsink adopts a single tower structure. It can be seen that the number and arrangement of fins are very dense, and the spacing between fins is small and uniform. The weight of the main body of the heatsink also reaches about 900g (excluding the fan and the plastic parts on the top).

    The 6 heatipe CPU cooling heatsink is equipped with 6 heat pipes to support the heat dissipation of high-power CPU. The copper base plate is finished with nickel plated to provide a higher appearance. The use of brazing process is to ensure low thermal resistance between thermal components and improve heat transfer efficiency.

        The heatsink is equipped with a 140mm cooling fan, the fan speed ranges from 700 to 1700rpm, the maximum speed can provide 90.2cfm air volume and 2.74mm H2O air pressure, and the fan noise is less than 38 dB.

After using the speed reduction line, the maximum fan speed is only 1200rpm, the maximum air volume and air pressure are only 57.81cfm and 1.14mm H2O, and the noise is greatly reduced to less than 30 dB. How To Choose a Good CPU heatsink: 

1.  The performance of heatsink is related to material and it's manufacture process. If only compare the two heatsinksby material, it is obviously not rigorous enough, because the material and production process of the heatsink will affect the heat dissipation performance.

2.  The number of fans of the same type in the heatsink will affect the thermal performance. Adding a  cooling fan will improve the cooling performance. Of course, the extent of improvement is not absolute, because it also depends on the performance of the fan itself and the air duct design of the whole machine system.

3. The installationof the cooling fan. If the fan of the heatsink is installed in the opposite direction, it will seriously affect the cooling performance. Because if the fans at both ends form convection, the heat accumulation inside the system cannot be discharged in time, which will lead to the decline of heat dissipation performance.

4. Pay attention to heat dissipation and power consumption. Heat dissipation power consumption is one of the important parameters of the CPU heatsinks. Generally speaking, the higher the cooling power consumption, the stronger the thermal performance. According to different CPU power consumption, select the appropriate radiator to achieve the highest efficiency. Excess performance sometimes leads to the heatsink unable to give full play to the best cooling performance.
