Extruded heatsinks are made of aluminum alloy and feature a series of fins designed to increase the surface area for heat dissipation.     Heat pipes,  are sealed copper tubes that contain a minimal amount of fluid that evaporates when heated and condenses when it reaches a cooler area. The resulting condensate flows back into the heated area by capillary, creating a continuous loop that helps transfer heat away from the heat source.

    Combining these two components results in an extruded heat sink with heat pipes that performs much better thermally than either of these technologies alone. Extruded heatsinks with heat pipes have higher thermal conductivity, which means they transfer heat more efficiently than traditional heatsinks. This increase in thermal conductivity is mainly due to the fact that the heat pipes in the extruded heat sink provide a direct heat dissipation path, shortening the distance between the heat source and the fins.

    Extruded heatsinks with heat pipes are also more efficient at transferring large amounts of heat. While the heat pipe transfers heat from the heat source to the heat sink, the extruded heat sink dissipates the heat to the surrounding environment. it is an excellent thermal solution for high power electronic devices.

A: For NPI order, the lead time is 2 weeks, for mass production, the lead time is 6 weeks.

 

Q:Do you provide samples? is it free or need to be paid?

A: Yes, we can provide samples for NPI build, but for customized heat sink, the cost and freight cost need to be paid.

 

Q:What's terms of payment?

A: for small orders, we need 100% payment before producing, for mass production order, 50% deposite need to be paid before manufacturing, the balance need to be paid before shipping.
