Product Introduction

  The working principle of liquid cooling

In a sealed liquid circulation device, the power generated by the pump pushes the closed liquid circulation, and the heat generated by the chip absorbed by the heat sink is brought to a larger heat exchanger through the circulation of the liquid, then the cooled liquid is returned to the cold plate again to do the thermal cycle.

  Liquid cooling is a very mature thermal technology at present, and the water (liquid) cooling method has been widely used in many industrial areas such as automobiles and aircraft engines. Compared with the air-cooled thermal solution, the heat dissipation effect of liquid cooling is much better, and the noise can also be well controlled. Due to advantages such as heat dissipation efficiency and quietness, the safety and stability of liquid cooling have been greatly improved. Another important advantage of liquid cooling is that the liquid has a large heat capacity and the temperature rises slowly, which helps the equipment not burn out instantaneously in the event of an emergency. In emergencies such as large-scale computing and power equipment, the peak may instantly exceed the upper temperature limit. Liquid cooling does a good job of filtering this spike and keeping it safe.
