  Intel CPU BGA2518 heat sink is designed for BGA2518 CPU series, which is used on Intel Skylake platform, This heat sink is composed of aluminum zipper fins, aluminum base and heat pipes, this structure can fully utilize the benefits of each material to achieve the best thermal performace. Thermal solution includes thermal conductivity and heat dissipation, as different metal has different thermal properties, to improve the thermal performance of the whole module, we should take advantage of each component. When the Intel CPU BGA2518 heat sink is mounted on the CPU, we need it to conduct and transfer the heat from the CPU as quickly as possible, so the component conducts with CPU ought to have great thermal conductivity.
